1. Adds capacitors between CH340 and ESP PROG/RST Pins so in no longer interferes with deep sleep.
2. C2 and C3 had wrong LCSC value set (wrong product). Fixed.

1. Remove solder-bridges from D+/D-.
2. Add solder-bridge between Serial chip and ESP to disable programability.
3. Remove ESD protection IC. Its overkill. The serial chip already has that protection built in (to an extend)
